The X platform, owned by Elon Musk, is preparing to introduce embedded payments and financial instruments that will appear as early as 2025. It is planned to provide users with the opportunity to perform various operations directly in the application, ranging from money transfers to investment management. As CEO Linda Iaccarino noted, about 600 million active participants of the platform will soon have the opportunity to integrate many aspects of their lives into the X ecosystem, including financial activities. In addition, the launch of its own credit or debit card is being considered, which will expand the functionality of the platform. The beta version of the X Money payment service is already being tested in the USA, the full launch of which is scheduled for 2025. The issue of introducing cryptocurrency payments is still open, but there is a possibility of their appearance. Elon Musk has long been associated with the support of Dogecoin, and his company Tesla has previously invested heavily in bitcoin.
