The UK has signed the first important trade agreement with Italy after leaving the European Union (Brexit). The countries hope to significantly increase mutual exports in this way. At the signing of the partnership agreement, the Minister of Business and Trade of the United Kingdom, Kemi Bedenok, replied that this would increase British exports, create jobs, raise wages and stimulate economic growth. «This partnership marks an important milestone in the UK's trade relations with Europe,» Badenok said. The minister also added that the new partnership shows how an independent UK can benefit from concluding trade deals with the whole world, while strengthening already strong trade relations with EU members. It is noted that the agreement between the countries should stimulate trade relations worth more than 43 billion pounds.
