Speaking at the Russian Energy Week forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that despite the damage to the threads of the Nord Stream gas pipeline, Russia will place its gas on world markets. For this purpose, the Power of Siberia, Turkish Stream and Blue Stream gas pipelines will be used. Today, 14 billion cubic meters of gas are supplied to Europe via the Turkish Stream. Putin stressed that Russia could move the lost volume of transit via the Nord Streams to the Black Sea region by creating a gas hub in Turkey for supplies to Europe, if Russia's partners are interested in this. The Russian president believes that such a decision has economic feasibility and a much higher level of security. Recall that damage to two Russian export gas pipelines Nord Stream occurred on September 26. Germany, Denmark and Sweden do not rule out deliberate sabotage, but refuse to allow Russia to participate in the investigation. However, the Russian side believes that only if the Russian Federation is involved in the investigation of terrorist attacks, it can be considered reliable and objective.
