Putin held the first public meeting of the Russian Security Council on nuclear deterrence and announced an update to Russia's nuclear doctrine. Sber, Alfa-Bank and T-Bank have joined a consortium to develop a single QR code that will become an alternative to the NSPK (SBP). According to the terms of the consortium, Alfa-Bank and T-Bank undertake to sell 2.5% of their shares to each new participant, while the price will depend on the estimated value of the consortium at the time of the transaction.
