Трамп попросил 1 млрд долларов на развитие инфраструктуры

Вчера, во время своего выступления, президент США Дональд Трамп обратился к представителям Конгресса с предложением плана по выделению 1 триллиона долларов на развитие инфраструктуры страны. Реализацию этого плана Трамп видит в инвестировании в инфраструктурные проекты как федеральных, так и частных средств.

Новый президент Америки уже и ранее заявлял о необходимости принятия мер против разрушения инфраструктуры. Трамп планирует провести ремонт дорог, мостов, аэропортов и железнодорожных путей. Более того, инвестирование в инфраструктуру страны позволит создать множество дополнительных рабочих мест. В ходе реконструкционных работ будет использоваться только американская продукция, а рабочие места будут предоставляться только гражданам США. 

45-ый президент Соединенных Штатов напомнил, что последний раз масштабная инфраструктурная программа была реализована еще при Дуайте Эйзенхауэре, 34-ом президенте США, в конце 1950-х годов. В то время в стране была построена система шоссейных дорог.
