US President Donald Trump and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer have announced the conclusion of a trade agreement between the two countries. A statement about this was published on the official page of the White House. The new trade agreement provides for a significant increase in the volume of American exports by billions of dollars, with an emphasis on agricultural products. The agreement states that the UK will provide American farmers with expanded opportunities for the supply of beef, ethanol and other products. This decision is aimed at strengthening the position of American manufacturers in the British market. In addition, as part of the agreement, London intends to speed up the process of customs clearance of goods from the United States and reduce barriers to the supply of agricultural, energy and industrial products. The advantage will be given to the expansion of exports of American food products, including beef, which is designed to strengthen bilateral economic ties.
