Рыночная капитализация американской развлекательной компании Netflix Inc. обогнала знаменитую The Walt Disney Company и телекоммуникационную корпорацию Comcast, что отражает высокий интерес инвесторов к технологическим и интернет-компаниям.

Капитализация Netflix в конце прошлой недели достигла $152,7 млрд, тогда как Walt Disney Co – $152,33 млрд, а Comcast Corporation – $146,10 млрд. Компания, которая предоставляет доступ к фильмам и сериалам в интернете, впервые обогнала крупнейшие кинематографические и телекоммуникационные корпорации. Это доказывает интерес инвесторов к акциям быстро растущих компаний, которые меняют свои отрасли. Аналогичные тенденции просматриваются на примере интернет-ритейлера Amazon.com и розничного сектора.

Цена акций Netflix в ходе торгов на прошлой неделе достигла $351,29, увеличившись на 8,4%, после того как компания заключила соглашение о производстве контента с экс-президентом США Бараком Обамой. С начала 2018 акции компании выросли на 83%, став лидерами в составе индекса американских компаний S&P 500.
