Moody's отозвало рейтинг ЕЦБ

Международное рейтинговое агентство Moody's Investors Service аннулировало рейтинг Европейского центрального банка (ЕЦБ). Основанием для этого агентство указало причины делового характера.


Ранее европейский регулятор обладал наивысшим кредитным рейтингом «Ааа» со «стабильным» прогнозом. Согласно пресс-релизу Moody's, отзыв рейтинга в данном случае не связан с изменениями в оценке кредитоспособности европейского Центробанка.


Впервые Moody's присвоило рейтинг ЕЦБ в 1999 году в целях поддержания присвоения суверенных рейтингов в предельно допустимых для стран валютного блока значениях. Теперь же агентство полагает, что в рейтинге ЕЦБ больше нет необходимости, поскольку специалисты Moody’s пересмотрели методологию определения предельно допустимых значений в еврозоне.
