Lufthansa предложила 500 млн евро за обанкротившуюся Alitalia

«Доу Джонс»: Крупнейший европейский авиаперевозчик Deutsche Lufthansa AG предложил выкупить части бизнеса итальянской авиакомпании Alitalia за 500 млн евро.

Немецкий авиаконцерн интересуется парком самолетов, слотами в аэропортах и летными экипажами Alitalia. Руководство Lufthansa планирует сократить около половины из 12 тыс. работников компании, а также количество ближне- и среднемагистральных перелетов. По сообщениям издания, правительство Италии намерено в данный момент отказаться от предложения компании.

В мае 2017 года Alitalia объявила о своем банкротстве. Заявки на покупку компании принимаются до 18.00 понедельника, однако процесс продажи, скорее всего, продолжится и в следующем году.

Ранее на прошлой неделе Lufthansa выкупила часть операций обанкротившийся Air Berlin за 210 млн евро.
