Вьетнам готовится легализовать биткоин к 2018 году

Власти Вьетнама планируют легализовать биткоин в 2018 году, включив его в список официальных платежных средств страны. В данный момент Центробанк Вьетнама и Министерство финансов занимаются разработкой нормативно-правового режима для интеграции криптовалют в фискальную систему страны. Правительство намерено объединить работу нескольких государственных организаций в проработке законопроектов, касающихся использования криптовалют. 

Оценка легализации биткоина завершится к следующему августу, подготовка всех юридических документов будет завершена к концу 2018 года. Более того, власти занимаются разработкой новой налоговой системы для криптовалют. 

Основную проблему вьетнамское правительство видит в вероятности распространения мошеннических действий в области инвестирования. Новый закон должен содержать усиленные инструменты защиты инвесторов от мошенничества, что позволит защитить права собственности, а также обеспечить безопасность денежных переводов. 

Ранее некоторые страны уже выступили с инициативой официального признания биткоина в качестве платежного инструмента, определив криптовалюту как серьезного участника мира финансов.
