Эксперты The Economist составили рейтинг угроз мировой экономике в 2019 году. Согласно их оценке, темпы роста мирового ВВП замедлятся до 2,8% (на 0,1%), а в 2020 году – до 2,6%.

Аналитики выделили несколько негативных факторов, оказывающих давление на глобальную экономику. Во-первых, нарастание геополитической неопределенности, уязвимость в экономиках Китая, США и Италии, а также на рынках развивающихся стран.

Кроме того, эксперты опасаются перерастания конфликта между США и Китаем в полномасштабную торговую войну.

Во-вторых, введение масштабных импортных пошлин и субсидирование местных производителей для борьбы с международным протекционизмом, по мнению аналитиков The Economist, могут навредить росту мировой экономики.
