Американские акции падают накануне заседания ФРС

Фондовые рынки США находятся в красной зоне накануне заседания Федрезерва с решением по процентной ставке, так как инвесторы опасаются замедления экономического роста страны.

Индекс крупнейших компаний США S&P 500 обновил минимум с октября 2017 года. По состоянию на 17:00 мск индекс потерял 2,08% стоимости, снизившись до отметки 2545,94. Акции американского онлайн-ретейлера Amazon.com до начала торгов на Нью-Йоркской площадке упали на 4,46%, до $1520,91, на фоне опасений инвесторов по поводу ухудшения потребительских настроений.

Промышленный индекс Dow Jones также снизился на 2,11%, до 23592,98, минимума с начала года, индекс высокотехнологичных компаний NASDAQ Composite – на 2,27%, до 6753,73.

Ранее чиновники ФРС США намекнули участникам рынка на возможное замедление темпов повышения ставок в следующем году, что может на время успокоить инвесторов. При этом планы регулятора относительно будущей монетарной политики не до конца ясны. Кроме того, президент США продолжает критиковать позицию главы ФРС, что также беспокоит инвесторов.
