ЕК планирует снизить мировую зависимость от доллара США в пользу Евро

Европейская комиссия (ЕК) в среду, 5 декабря, опубликовала план по укреплению глобальной роли евро на мировых рынках.

Вице-президент ЕК по вопросам евро и социального диалога Валдис Домбровскис заявил, что Брюссель намерен сделать евро более привлекательной валютой для международных расчетов, чем доллар США. Кроме того, планируется больше применять евро для расчетов на глобальных рынках нефти и газа, а также в стратегических секторах экономики.

По замыслу чиновников, евро должен соответствовать политическому, экономическому и финансовому уровню еврозоны, чтобы выступать в роли инструмента законного регулирования международного политического и экономического порядка.
