Китай и США возобновили торговые переговоры

Министр финансов США Стивен Мнучин встретится в Вашингтоне с вице-премьером госсовета КНР Лю Хэ для проведения очередного раунда торговых переговоров.

Китайская делегация 17 и 18 мая встретится с главой минфина, а также с министром торговли Вилбуром Россом и торговым представителем США Робертом Лайтхайзером. Целью встречи является продолжение переговоров, начатых в столице КНР две недели назад. Главным предметом обсуждения выступят двусторонние торгово-экономические отношения между странами.

Американское издание The Washington Post пишет, что китайская сторона настаивает на отказе от введения пошлин, а также отзыве жалоб на Китай во Всемирную торговую организацию по демпинговым ценам и прекращении расследования о кражах интеллектуальной собственности. Кроме того, Китай просит ослабить ограничения на  экспорт технологий, а также разрешить импорт китайской технологической продукции. 

Среди возможных требований также называется снятие ограничений для китайских инвестиций, в том числе в американские инфраструктурные проекты.
