Ryanair планирует обратный выкуп акций на €750 млн

Ирландский бюджетный авиаперевозчик Ryanair намерен в феврале начать обратный выкуп акций компании на сумму €750 млн на Дублинской фондовой бирже.

Выкуп акций пройдет в период с февраля по октябрь 2018 года, всего с 2008 года акционером было возвращено €6 млрд. Сегодня цена одной акции составляет €15,61. После заявления о начале обратного выкупа цена акций опустилась до минимума с 11 января текущего года.

Представители крупнейшего в Европе лоукостера также сообщили, что чистый денежный поток в 2017-2016 финансовом году превысил €1 млрд. В III квартале чистая прибыль компании достигла €106 млн, увеличившись на 12% по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года, несмотря на многочисленные отмены рейсов и забастовки сотрудников. Выручка Ryanair в III квартале составила €1,4, на 4% больше, чем в прошлом финансовом году.

Число перевезенных пассажиров достигло 30,4 млн человек, увеличившись на 6%. По итогам текущего финансового года компания планирует увеличить пассажиропоток на 8%, до 130 млн человек.
