Akcionáři schválili nabídku společnosti Carrefour na stažení její brazilské jednotky z veřejného trhu

Akcionáři brazilské jednotky společnosti Carrefour (EPA:CARR), Atacadao SA (BVMF:CRFB3), hlasovali pro její převzetí do soukromých rukou poté, co francouzský maloobchodní řetězec předložil nabídku, jak vyplývá z páteční zprávy o cenných papírech.

Carrefour zaplatí 8,50 realů (1,50 USD) v hotovosti za jednu prioritní akcii třídy A drženou v Carrefour Brasil, jak navrhla mateřská společnost již dříve v dubnu.

Deník Valor Economico s odvoláním na své zdroje uvedl, že pro návrh hlasovalo 59 % akcionářů.

Akcie třídy B a C podléhají podle podání dalším specifikům. Každý akcionář bude mít právo zvolit si jednu třídu akcií.
