• The Discord messenger can be completely blocked in Russia. Roskomnadzor has issued five new decisions on violations of the law against him. Such decisions may become the basis for blocking the resource under the law «on information technologies and information protection».

• China, Brazil and other countries of the Global South will create the Friends of the World platform to resolve the Ukrainian crisis. This will be a response to Zelensky's «peaceful» initiative, which he presented in Washington.
