Following the weakened data from the eurozone economic indicators, the European Central Bank does not deem necessary to adopt the monetary policy, according to the ECB Executive Board member, Benoit Coeure said on Monday. He also said on France Info radio that the economy is not expected to slow down. Instead, a correction is highly waited out after reaching the multi-year highs. Despite the correction, he said that they do not need to revise the outlook. “I can’t speak for the future but we are going to keep following this,” he added. The future monetary policy would be highly relative to the economic indicators but the goal is for long-term which would be highly accommodative.
