Американский президент заявил, что в пятницу намерен увеличить пошлины на ряд товаров из Китая с 10% до 25%. Несмотря на это, китайская сторона в лице официального представителя МИД КНР Гэна Шуа готовится к очередному раунду переговоров, которые должны состояться 8 мая в Вашингтоне.

Предыдущая встреча завершилась успешно: стороны отметили видимый прогресс с процессе устранения разногласий.
