Согласно данным Управления энергетической информации Минэнерго, коммерческие запасы нефти в США (без учета стратегического запаса) сократились за неделю на 2,7 млн баррелей, или на 0,6%, до 437,1 млн баррелей. Аналитики прогнозировали снижение запасов всего на 1,32 млн баррелей, до 438,38 млн баррелей.

Объемы нефтедобычи в США увеличились на 200 тысяч баррелей – до 11,9 млн баррелей в сутки.

Запасы нефти на крупнейшем в стране терминале в Кушинге снизились на 0,8 млн баррелей, до 41,5 млн баррелей. Запасы бензина также продемонстрировали рост на 3% (+7,5 млн баррелей), до 255,6 млн баррелей. Запасы дистиллятов выросли на 2,1% (+3 млн баррелей), до 143 млн баррелей.
