Объединенная приборостроительная корпорация (ОПК) занимается разработкой малогабаритных станций нового поколения, предназначенных для борьбы с радиоэлектронной разведкой и международным терроризмом. Это устройство «Солярис-Мини-Н» сможет подавлять любые сигналы сотовых операторов, тем самым позволив эффективнее препятствовать возникновению террористических угроз в местах большого скопления людей - на стадионах, концертах, совещаниях и пр. Также модернизированный передатчик помех может блокировать работу самодельных радиоуправляемых взрывных устройств. 

Для обеспечения работы устройства нет необходимости подключать его к электрической сети. Оно имеет маленький вес и габариты, легко устанавливается в любом необходимом месте, радиус воздействия увеличен в 2-3 раза (в сравнении с предыдущей версией устройства). Разработка устройства ведется компанией «Созвездие», находящейся в составе ОПК.
