Новая торговая неделя началась с осторожного оптимизма относительно того, что США и Китай скоро достигнут торгового соглашения. 

Несмотря на недавнее ухудшение отношений между крупнейшими экономиками мира, вызванное законопроектом США, который ставит подписание торгового соглашения в зависимость от того, что Китай будет мирно справляться с гонконгскими протестами, Дональд Трамп решил пока не подписывать законопроект, пытаясь угодить Китаю.

При этом приближается 15 декабря, когда вступит в силу новые тарифы на китайские товары. Скорее всего, новые тарифы вступят в силу, так как у глав государств не хватит времени договориться. 

Кроме того, США также рассматривают возможность торговли с Евросоюзом. Некоторые аналитики предполагают, что Трамп может начать очередную торговую войну, на этот раз с ЕС.

Из-за задержки по гонконгскому законопроекту фондовые рынки находятся в состоянии сдержанного оптимизма и надеются найти дополнительные стимулы для роста.
