Давние конкуренты в области игровых консолей, американский Microsoft и японская Sony, заключили соглашение о партнерстве в сфере облачных и стриминговых технологий, а также искусственного интеллекта и микрочипов.


Согласно данным совместного пресс-релиза, компании будут заниматься разработками игрового и иного контента на Microsoft платформе Azure. Помимо этого, Sony планирует использовать уже существующие продукты Azure для стриминга своего контента, а также разрабатывать новые микрочипы для датчиков изображения на базе искусственного интеллекта Microsoft.
