Министр энергетики РФ Александр Новак заявил, что Россия и российские компании получили 8,5 трлн рублей, участвуя в соглашении ОПЕК+ по сокращению мировой нефтедобычи. Это произошло в результате того, что с начала действия соглашения стоимость барреля нефти увеличилась на $10.


По словам министра, цена одного барреля «черного золота» могла бы снизиться до уровня $25-30 без сделки ОПЕК+ – в результате глобального перепроизводства. В апреле 2019 года организация стран-экспортеров нефти может подписать хартию ОПЕК+. Документ будет касаться сотрудничества нефтедобывающих стран и будет носить бессрочный характер.
