Goldman Sachs: новое соглашение ОПЕК вызовет рост нефтяных котировок до $70

Эксперты Goldman Sachs считают, что цена нефти марки Brent может превысить $65 за баррель, если страны-члены организации ОПЕК на этой неделе договорятся о сокращении добычи.

Финансовые аналитики сходятся во мнении, что формулировки нового соглашения ОПЕК будут сдержанными, например, целью может быть названа стабилизация объемов коммерческих запасов.

По их оценкам, в начале следующего года цена нефти Brent может превысить $70 за баррель на фоне сокращения экспорта и прекращения роста запасов, превышающих сезонные нормы. Данный уровень цен позволит нормализовать запасы, при этом недостаточен для чрезмерного увеличения буровой активности в США.

Если нефтяные котировки достигнут уровня $62-63 за баррель, это может стимулировать дальнейший рост к $70 за баррель. Однако если ОПЕК не достигнет договоренности о сокращении добычи на ближайшем заседании 6-7 декабря, это приведет к продолжению нисходящего ралли.
