«Дочка» Alibaba привлекла инвестиций на рекордные $14 млрд

Оператор платежных систем Ant Financial Services (Alipay), дочерняя компания китайского интернет-гиганта Alibaba Group, привлекла порядка $14 млрд на развитие технологических решений.

Согласно данным аналитического агентства «Рейтер», это является крупнейшим в истории единоразовым привлечением средств. Финансирование было произведено китайскими, а также иностранными инвесторами. 

Представители Ant Financial Services заявили, что привлеченные средства будут направлены на осуществление планов по глобализации Alipay и инвестирование в развитие технологий. Кроме того, компания продолжит инвестировать в технологию блокчейн, исследования в области искусственного интеллекта, сферу безопасности и   интернет вещей.

Финансовая компания Ant Financial Services Group является оператором платежных систем Alipay, Alipay Wallet, Ant Fortune, Zhima Credit и MYbank, обслуживает порядка 870 млн пользователей по всему миру и около 15 млн китайских компаний.
