Altman z OpenAI plánuje pro Evropu program podobný Stargate

Generální ředitel společnosti OpenAI Sam Altman v pátek naznačil ochotu přivést do Evropy program umělé inteligence podobný Hvězdné bráně a prohlásil, že jeho společnost by „ráda“ vytvořila program Stargate Europe.

Hvězdná brána je americký podnik, který zahájil americký prezident Donald Trump a na němž se podílejí sponzoři jako OpenAI, Softbank (OTC:SFTBY) a Oracle (NYSE:ORCL). V příštích pěti letech bude do infrastruktury umělé inteligence investováno až 500 miliard dolarů.

„Potřebujeme pomoc,“ řekl Altman studentům na panelové diskusi na Technické univerzitě v Berlíně a zdůraznil, že bude na Evropanech, aby se rozhodli, jak chtějí nastavit pravidla pro technologie AI. „My se samozřejmě budeme řídit tím, jaká budou,“ řekl Altman. Podle Altmana by bylo v nejlepším zájmu Evropy přijmout AI a nezaostávat za zbytkem světa.
