Банк России охладил рынок потребительских кредитов

Согласно данным Fitch Ratings, темпы роста потребительского кредитования в России в октябре замедлились почти в 2 раза.

Портфель заимствований в октябре текущего увеличился на 123 млрд рублей, тогда как в предыдущем месяце рост составил 256 млрд руб.

Сокращение темпов потребительского кредитования связано с новыми правилами регулятора по формированию резервов. Банк России постановил, что с 1 октября банки обязаны при выдаче необеспеченных кредитов свыше 10 000 рублей рассчитывать показатель долговой нагрузки заемщика (ПДН). Чем выше его значение, тем больше резервов банк должен обеспечить.

При этом крупнейшие игроки в секторе потребительского кредитования — Сбербанк, Альфа-банк и «ФК Открытие» – по-прежнему демонстрируют рост, опережающий рынок.

Розничный портфель Сбербанка увеличился на 1,5% (108 млрд рублей), Альфа-банка — на 3,9% (24 млрд рублей), банка «ФК Открытие» — на 5,1% (16 млрд рублей).
