Николаев: переход на 4-дневную неделю сейчас неактуален

Директор Института стратегического анализа ФБК Grant Thornton Игорь Николаев заявил, что переход на четырехдневную рабочую неделю невозможен в условиях текущего состояния экономики и уровня производительности труда в стране.

Николаев также отметил, что теоретически возможность перехода существует, но для этого нужно предпринять усилия для ускорения роста производительности и совершенствования технологий производства.

Ранее о введении четырехдневной рабочей недели как основы социально-трудового контракта говорил премьер-министр РФ Дмитрий Медведев. Федерация независимых профсоюзов России (ФНПР) также выступала за сокращение рабочей недели с сохранением заработной платы. Сегодня стало известно, что ФНПР направила свои предложения в Российскую трехстороннюю комиссию по регулированию социально-трудовых отношений (РТК).
