Russian banks began to raise interest rates on loans following the change in the key rate. According to data from credit institutions, consumer loan rates increased by an average of 2.2 percentage points in 9 of the 50 largest banks after the key rate was increased from 16% to 18%. The Starship spacecraft with the Super Heavy launch vehicle, created for manned flights to the Moon, is ready to conduct the fifth test orbital flight, the developer company SpaceX has announced. The launch date has not yet been determined. It depends on the permission of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
