A number of potential candidates for the top office at the Federal Reserve are hinting at implementing stricter monetary policies once they take office in 2018. Fed candidates such as Glenn Hubbard of Columbia University, and Kevin Warsh and John Taylor of Stanford University had taken to openly criticizing the current governing officers of the US Federal Reserve for trying to help out the US economy by implementing monetary policies which are of no use to the burgeoning problems in the economy.
