Крупные мировые центральные банки существенно увеличили объем покупок государственных облигаций стран еврозоны из-за увеличения доходности на фоне стабильного курса евро и неопределенности в экономике США и курса американского доллара.

Мировые центробанки, особенно центральные банки Китая и Норвегии, выкупили большое количество ценных бумаг, выпущенных Бельгией, Францией и поддерживаемым немецким государством банком KfW.

При этом действия норвежского центробанка напоминают финансовую политику хедж-фонда, а Банк Китая, по всей видимости, ищет альтернативу казначейским облигациям США.
