ОПЕК+ проводит экстренное совещание о сокращении добычи нефти

Сегодня Организация стран-экспортеров нефти проводит совещание в своей штаб-квартире в Вене. Первоначальная цель встречи состояла в том, чтобы определить, следует ли продлить предыдущее соглашение об ограничении объема добычи нефти для стабилизации рынка.
 
Однако эпидемия коронавируса вызвала неожиданное падение спроса на нефть. Поэтому ОПЕК сейчас настаивает на более глубоком сокращении добычи на 1,5 млн баррелей в сутки, чтобы предотвратить переизбыток предложения. 
 
Реализация новой программы зависит от позиции России и других стран, не входящих в ОПЕК. Проблема состоит в том, что Россия ранее уже давала понять, что не желает сокращать добычу ещё сильней, в то время как Соединенные Штаты продолжают пользоваться ситуацией и наращивать объемы производства.
 
Сегодня, по состоянию на 16:50 мск, фьючерс на нефть марки Brent подешевел на 0,59%, до $50,83 за баррель, тогда как цена на фьючерс нефти марки WTI снизилась на 0,49%, до $46,55 за баррель.
