Основные фондовые индексы американских компаний растут на благоприятных новостях о торговом соглашении между Китаем и США, несмотря на импичмент президенту Трампу.

Министр США Стивен Мнучин в эфире телеканала CNBC рассказал о состоянии торговых переговоров с Китаем. По его словам, обе стороны приняли окончательную редакцию торгового соглашения, осталось только согласовать процедуру ратификации документа.

Между тем Палата представителей США проголосовала за импичмент президенту США, теперь Трамп обязан предстать перед судом в Сенате и отвечать на множество неудобных вопросов.

Председатель Палаты представителей Нэнси Пелоси не торопиться передавать дело в Сенат, так как рассчитывает оказать давление на ключевых свидетелей. В первую очередь, на экс-советника по национальной безопасности Джона Болтона, которому Трамп президентским указом запретил принимать участие в расследовании.

Во всей видимости, план демократов состоит не столько в том, чтобы убрать Трампа с поста президента раньше срока, а в том, чтобы помешать ему избираться повторно. Смысл в том, чтобы в ходе избирательной кампании в Сенате рассматривался вопрос о компетентности Трампа как главы государства.
