Евросоюз на год продлил санкции против России

Совет Евросоюз (ЕС) сообщил, что официально продляет на один год санкции против России, введенные после присоединения Крыма.

Решение было принято на саммите представителей государств ЕС в Брюсселе. Ограничительные меры распространяются на энергетический, оборонный и финансовый секторы экономики РФ и останутся в силе минимум до 23 июня 2020 года.

Кроме того, чиновники ЕС обеспокоены решением Москвы о введении упрощенного порядка получения российского гражданства для жителей Донбасса. Представители Польша и Литва предлагали ввести дополнительные санкции в ответ на эти действия.

Санкции против России действуют с 31 июля 2014 года после крушения над Донбассом малайзийского Boeing и, согласно решению Совета ЕС, могут быть отменены только после реализации минских соглашений.
