Глава турецкого банка Denizbank Хакан Эйтс готовится закрыть сделку о продаже компании арабскому Emirates NBD в начале следующего месяца.

В данный момент Denizbank принадлежит российскому Сбербанку, при этом в конце мая 2018 года руководство российской финансовой организации подписало с арабским Emirates NBD соглашение о продаже 99,85% акций турецкого банка.

Согласно подписанному соглашению стоимость 99,85% ценных бумаг компании составила 14,609 млрд турецких лир ($3,2 млрд). Позднее Сбербанк называл сумму в $3,4 млрд. Ранее, в 2012 году, Сбербанк приобрел контрольный пакет акций Denizbank у бельгийской группы Dexia за $3,5 млрд.
