Харальд Крюгер, гендиректор BMW AG заявил, что компания планирует существенно увеличить объем продаж экологичного транспорта до 500 тыс. электромобилей и гибридных машин к концу 2019 года.

На данный момент, по словам Крюгера, немецкий автопроизводитель реализовал на рынке более 200 тыс. машин на электродвигателе.

В 2018 году компания рассчитывает увеличить число продаж электромобилей на средний двузначный процент. Крюгер считает, что20%-ый рост продаж недостаточно амбициозная цель в условиях современного рынка.
