At the same time, he noted that most of the participants in the SWIFT system are European, but the United States has tools to influence them. The first foreign company announced its readiness to return to Russia. The Italian company Ariston Holding has announced that it has again acquired its Russian division. This happened after President Putin annulled the decision taken last year to withdraw it. Ariston is a manufacturer of water heaters and heating equipment. The EU has ruled out easing sanctions against Russia before their expiration date. On Tuesday, the United States reached separate agreements with Ukraine and Russia to suspend their attacks at sea and against energy facilities, while Washington agreed to seek the lifting of some sanctions against Moscow. The EU stated that they intend to only increase the sanctions pressure on Russia.
