Akcie Galderma Group AG (SIX:GALD) ve čtvrtek klesly o více než 5 %, přestože společnost vykázala solidní výsledky za čtvrté čtvrtletí roku 2024, jak investoři reagovali na výsledky její estetické divize.

Švýcarská dermatologická společnost vykázala ve čtvrtém čtvrtletí tržby ve výši 1,15 miliardy dolarů, což představuje 7% meziroční nárůst, který odpovídá očekávání.

Celoroční tržby vzrostly v konstantním měnovém vyjádření o 9 % na 4,41 miliardy USD, přičemž jádrový zisk EBITDA dosáhl 1,03 miliardy USD – 2 % nad konsensuálními odhady.

Výhled společnosti Galderma na rok 2025 byl do značné míry v souladu s očekáváním trhu a počítal s 10-12% růstem tržeb a 23% marží základního zisku EBITDA.

Náladu investorů však ovlivnily obavy ohledně výkonnosti segmentu injekční estetiky.

Tato divize zaznamenala oproti konsensu 5% zpoždění, přičemž tržby z prodeje neuromodulátorů vzrostly meziročně o 15 % při konstantním směnném kurzu, zatímco tržby z prodeje výplňových materiálů a biostimulátorů poklesly o 4 %.
